Nestled in the heart of Wilmington, the Sycamore Grove community pool is more than a swimming facility — it's the centerpiece of neighborhood life. Since our opening, we've provided residents with a tranquil retreat where families gather, friendships form, and summer memories are made.

Community Standards
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please observe the following guidelines during your visit.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool area.
For safety, glass containers and items are not permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic or disposable containers.
All guests are asked to rinse off before entering the pool to maintain water quality and cleanliness.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighboring residents.
Diving is strictly prohibited in all areas of the pool. Please swim and walk carefully on the deck.
Residents may have up to 3 guests per visit. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times.
